The Hurricane Crystal Stud is the latest piece in our crystal collection, crafted from pure Bohemian crystal. Handmade and hand-cut, it dazzles with faceted details that catch the light beautifully. With its bold shape, it works just as well as a vase or candleholder as it does a striking decorative piece on its own.

Usage
Hurricane Crystal Regular is designed primarily as a candle holder but can also be used as a vase if desired.

Candle Size Guide
For our Crystal Regular you should use Standard tealight (up to 35 mm). We recommend our own HURRICANE TEALIGHTS 24HRS, 12-pack.

Cleaning Your Hurricane
The best cleaning method for Crystal Regular to keep it spotless without damage or scratches.

  • Wash gently with a soft sponge, lukewarm water, and mild detergent.
  • Rinse well, dry with a lint-free cloth, and avoid harsh chemicals.
  • Not dishwasher safe.

Safety First
Safety is important, so keep the following safety measures in mind

  • Always burn candles in a well-ventilated room on a heat-resistant surface Never leave them unattended.
  • Keep out of reach of children and pets, and away from drafts or moving air to prevent flickering and smoke.
  • Ensure candles are fully extinguished before leaving the room.
  • Never place candles near anything flammable.

Return Policy
We do not offer free returns. We offer a 14-day return period, provided that the items are intact, unused, and in their original packaging. Refund will be issued with a deduction of a return fee. Please note that the refund will be made once the goods have been returned to our warehouse.

Returns will be charged a 10% return fee of order values up to 300€/3000SEK. If the order value exceeds 300€/3000SEK. a 5% return fee will be charged.

How Crystal Stud is Made

Step into the world of refined craftsmanship with Skogsberg & Smart’s Crystal Stud collection — where each lamp is a testament to precision, artistry, and enduring tradition.

Every Crystal Stud begins its journey in a wooden mould, where molten glass is handblown. This initial stage already sets the tone: no two pieces will ever be identical.

Once formed, the glass is left to cool before entering the hands of skilled artisans. Each lamp is then cut by hand, facet by facet, creating the signature studded surface that defines the collection. This is followed by meticulous hand polishing, where every edge is refined to achieve its distinctive clarity and brilliance.

The result is more than a lighting object — it is a piece crafted entirely by hand, step by step, piece by piece. The interplay between the moulded form and the hand-cut surface gives each lamp its unique character, capturing and reflecting light with a sculptural, almost jewel-like quality.

This careful balance of controlled shaping and human craftsmanship ensures that every Crystal Stud lamp carries its own expression — a modern icon rooted in traditional glassmaking expertise.
